“Thanks to the acquisitions, we will supply our prospects an even wider range of options,” said Oliver Hermes, president and CEO of the Wilo Group. “We are consistently following our strategic development from an expert for heating applications to a holistic solutions supplier for all functions within the transport, use and remedy of water and wastewater.”
The two corporations might be built-in into Wilo’s Water Treatment Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
However, FSM Frankenberger and WSM Walower remain impartial and will proceed to be run by native managers.
“Wilo’s market and software expertise and the two companies’ special options are the ideal mixture to exploit new opportunities in present business segments and collectively develop new markets,” stated Dr Patrick Niehr, a member of the executive board and chief change officer of the Wilo Group.
