Atlas Copco has agreed to purchase Lewa GmbH and Geveke BV and their subsidiaries from Japan’s Nikkiso Co Ltd in a €670 million deal.
Founded in เกจวัดแรงดันpressuregauge , Germany’s Lewa manufactures diaphragm metering pumps, process pumps and full metering systems. The firm employs round 1200 folks and had 2021 revenues of €233 million.
“Lewa has an extended custom of supporting prospects and growing leading industrial move know-how for environment friendly, precise and secure dealing with of fluids,” said Andrew Walker, president of Atlas Copco’s Power Technique Business Area. “Through this acquisition we are constructing our presence and expertise offering inside positive displacement pumps.”
