Acquisition will add to Dover’s single-use element providing

Dover has entered right into a definitive settlement to acquire Malema Engineering Corp, a US designer and manufacturer of high-precision, mission-critical flow-measurement and management instruments for the biopharmaceutical, semiconductor and industrial sectors.

Malema’s merchandise will expand Dover’s biopharma single-use production providing, which already consists of Quattroflow pumps, CPC connectors, and em-tec flowmeters.
