US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service supplier of all types of rotating equipment, with in-house and area service capabilities. The company has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a group of 28 workers.
The acquired enterprise will function underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory protection, top product traces and adding additional service capabilities to this area. We are very eager to deliver them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has practically 65 areas all through the United States, and more than forty service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 employees.
